Idol Group ini debut pada bulan September 2010 dengan single ‘Too Late’  dengan aliran up beat mampu memasuki industri musik Korea Selatan. Co-ed School atau nama Korea-nya ‘Nam Nyeo Kong Hak’ terdiri dari 6 personel ‘Namja’ dan 4 personel ‘Yeoja’. Idol Group ini berasal dari CEO Core Contents Media dimana Co-Ed School ini satu CEO dengan T-ara dan Davichi. Salah satu personel Co-Ed School Hyo Young adalah saudara kembar nya Hwa Young ‘T-ara’ . Hwa Young adalah member baru T-ara. Sedangkan Soo Mi adalah mantan personel dari girlband SeeYa  yang sekarang menjadi leader dari Co-Ed School. Nama untuk fans Co-Ed School adalah ‘Co-Ed Student’.
